Chicken Enchiladas

I can't believe how good this was! I did add a can of green chilies, but this was the only change I made. My family loved it and it was so easy.

Flank Steak a la Willyboy

This was amazing! I used red wine vinegar instead of wine, and grilled it on my indoor grill, 6 min per side. It was moist with a great flavor. We will be trying this again with chicken!

This was a great, easy recipe. My kids loved it! I used Sweet Baby Rays which added a wonderful flavor. I just flattened the biscuits by hand and they were fine. I also sprayed the muffin tin with Pam. I will make this again when I need something quick, easy and inexpensive for dinner.

Onion Chicken in Balsamic Sauce

I thought it had a good flavor, but my family wasn't impressed. They ate it, but my husband didn't think it should be added to the rotation.

Slow Cooker BBQ Pork Chops

My family LOVED this recipe! I put onions on the bottom of the crockpot and used Sweet Baby Rays. I am not a big pork chop fan, but these were amazing.
