I had never had Puerto Rican food before, and this was a perfect experience for me. I do, however, agree that it was salty. My Puerto Rican mother-in-law raved over it. I made it in my crock pot, as she suggested and the meat was simply falling apart tender. Will make it again and again.

Greek Style Garlic Chicken Breast

I prepared and marinated the chicken while I went Christmas shopping then grilled it on my George Foreman grill. Quick, easy and delicious. Wouldn't change a thing. I am adding this to my family's list of favorites right now. We have taken to eating it with feta cheese over greens as a salad. Perfection.

Friendship Soup Mix in a Jar

Non-Alcoholic Margarita Punch

Went fast, next time I will double the recipe. I didn't use the bender or the egg whites. I had a pregnant lady on my guest list. Halved the sugar. I loved it and so did my guests.

Ham and Egg Casserole

my family loved it but I thought it was ok. We don't keep swiss cheese in the house so that was a special buy that and white bread never passes our threshold unless extreme emergencies but this was tasty fast and easy. I'll keep it around for the next hot ham and cheese craving I have.

Breakfast Casserole

Everyone in my Sunday School not only raved about it but asked for the recipe. My husband picked this recipe and made it himself. But he is a good cook, but still is easy to make. A keeper.

Slow Cooker Turkey Breast

SOSOSOSOSO GOOD and easy. The house smelled so good when I got home. In Fact the dogs were drooling. great with hot buttered noodles and corn. Will make again. By the way, couldn't fine a bone-in turkey breast so used a boneless. turned out just fine with time and temp adjustment. on low for 4 hours.

A Nice Slow-Cooked Pork

Good, I have made it several times. The sherry was a bit to overpowering for my family's taste, I used chicken broth instead and then used the leftovers for pulled pork BBQ the nest day.

Cheese Crepe Souffle

I took the chance with no reviews and made this for my Sunday school class. I did mess up and bought strawberry filled crepes instead of cheese filled but these still turned out delicious. Two others asked for the recipe. All in all a huge hit.

Very Veggie Lasagna

I am giving this three stars because it was good, but not great. I am not a vegetarian but try to eat as many veggies as I can. The veggies were done well and it tasted good despite needing salt, but mine turned out a bit soupy. I did sub cottage cheese for the ricotta (don't care for it) and canned mushrooms for fresh. Thanks for the recipes. Will make again with some changes.

Breakfast Upside Down Cake

We all enjoyed this recipe. I didn't have parchment paper so I lined the pan with aluminium foil sprayed with cooking spray. To make it faster I used frozen hash browns. Everything turned out perfectly. Thanks for the recipe.

Chicken Lasagna III

Very Good. I used a mixture of mozzerella sharp cheddar and monterey jack. (I didn't have enough of any one type) Wonderfully cheesey and rich, but a bit soupy, but that was probably my mistake. This is a keeper.

Peppered Chicken Breasts

This sauce was delicious. I will make it again and put it on everything. The chicken was tender and cooked perfectly. In my opinion the pepper was overpowering. I made it as the recipe stated. I will make it again but back way down on the pepper. BTW I did like it as is but no one else did.

Campbell's® Turkey and Broccoli Alfredo

simple and tasted good. Not something for everyday consumption. I did add a bit of milk and sour cream to the soup just to thin it out a bit as well as a dash of pepper for color.

Chicken and Rice

I don't usually have instant rice or canned chicken laying around the house but I pare cooked a couple of chicken breasts and brown rice added frozen mixed veggies and topped it all with cheese. Heated in the microwave until cheese melted. Even with these changes it was artifical tasting but I did use some ingridents hanging out.
