Baked Buffalo Wings

I followed the recipe exactly and these did not turn out. My husband said they had good flavor but they were so soggy as soon as you picked one up, the batter fell off. Very disappointed as I made these for our football party.

Buckeye Balls II

Mine made more than 5 dozen which was nice and they were so easy to make. Maybe I made them too small but I think they were the perfect ratio of pb to chocolate. So easy and so yummy. Thanks for the recipe!!

Amish Breakfast Casserole

I thought it was great but I did add use 8 eggs instead of 6. Texture was great, flavor was good although I added a little salt to my plate but that could have been because of the extra eggs. I'm only giving this a 4 because only 2 of 5 kids would eat it. I'm making it again for a back to school breakfast for our teachers this week so we'll see what they think!

Cajun Crawfish and Shrimp Etouffe

I had family over for soup night. This was gone within the first ten minutes!!! In fact, the other three soups were leftover but I was asked several times if I had more of the etouffe! Will make it again tonight since this has become my husbands favorite meal. Thank you for this recipe!

Chicken Tortilla Soup V

Wonderful. By the list of ingredients I didn't think it would turn out nearly as good as this! We had a soup "party" and had four different soups and this one was gone way before all the others! Definitely a keeper.

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

I made five recipes from this site for a party we had recently and this one got the most praise. I even had one of the guests take the leftovers home, he liked it so much. It became both appetizer and dessert. My kids asked me that night if I would make some more (when they found out the leftovers were gone)! My cinnamon chips didn't work out just the way the recipe said but I improvised and all is well!

Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge

Angel Chicken Pasta

This chicken was awesome. The sauce is so yummy I had to fight myself not to eat it up before I poured it on the chicken! I used tenders instead of breasts because its easier for my kiddos and it only took about 30 minutes. My husband took the leftovers to work and his coworkers ate it all before he could get to it! This is so easy its hard to believe it came out so tasty. Thank you so much for this recipe. I will be using this one over and over.

Beef Tenderloin With Roasted Shallots

This is a 5-star restaurant quality recipe! The sauce was fabulous. I used a red zinfandel and cooked it a little longer. 130 on my thermometer was still rare in the middle. I've thrown all the leftovers in the crockpot for dinner tonight and its wonderful. This is a great "look what I can do" recipe for in-laws ;) Thanks!

Pork Chop Casserole I

I braised 4 chops with some onions, then used 1 package of soup mix, 2.5 cups of water with 1 cup regular condensed rice and it turned out pretty good. I would suggest 1.5 packages maybe. It had good flavor but could have used just a little bit more. The cook time was accurate. I made a little bit of grave to go on top since it needed a little livening but overall it was pretty good. I'll try it again.
