My Amish Friend's Caramel Corn

I used unsalted butter and 1/2 molasses 1/2 corn syrup. Otherwise exactly as written. LOVED IT. My family went crazy over this.

YUM! Love this sauce - so glad it makes tons to freeze for later. I prefer a meaty sauce to an overly tomato one, so this was ideal. Made exactly as written except I forgot the mushrooms (bummer) so I added some zucchini instead.

Pork Roast with Sauerkraut and Kielbasa

Amazing. This will become my New Year's Day tradition as well. I made it exactly as it was written and my family loved it - even my 5 year old (although she did pick around the sauerkraut). My husband calls it a 5-star meal!

Shortcut Chicken Manicotti

This recipe gets rave reviews from me and my family. One improvement I've made is to shred the cooked chicken in a food processor first - it makes the stuffing of the shells easier. This recipe is a taste sensation! I make it for company when I want to impress.
