I'm a retired military, severed for 21 years. I was drafted in 1969. Got out after two years only to rejoin after 16 months. I enjoy exploring the beauty of the nature in the countryside. Take photographys of wildlife and the beautiful scenry.
My favorite things to cook
I like to cooking oreintal food. Fried noodles is my favorite. I cook noodles in many diffrent ways, simple or with variety of vegetables and meats. I can cook fried noddles with just a package of Ramen or the actual dried noodles in a package. Cooking spam or can cornbeef is another simple and quick way of cooking. I also like cooking chicken, pork, beef, and cook these meat in many diffrent ways too.

My cooking triumphs
When I cooked for my cousin and friend when they came to visit. I cooked teriyaki chicken in the oven, mac salad, fried noodles w/veggies, fried rice, and stir fried beef pepper steak. They every bit of it.
My cooking tragedies
When I baked a cake. The cake fell apart when I flip the pan over to remove the cake from the pan. I didn't grease the pan enough.
