Beer-Boiled Shrimp

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2010
This was good! Made it Christmas Eve, everyone liked it. The French Bread was perfect with it. I only used one stick of butter, next time I will use more, it was too thin I thought.

Baked Pork Chops I

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2009
I really liked this. Picky husband wasn't too keen on it, but like I said he's picky. I used low sodium cream of mushroom soup, but will use the regular one next time, I think it will be even better. Thanks for recipe!

Pretty good! I had this in St. Thomas and they called it Funghi, I guess the Dutch say it differently.

This was terrific! The only changes I made were to omit the cloves and added 1/4 tsp. of cayenne pepper. Thanks for the recipe!

Really good and easy. I used frozen mixed veges since it was all I had and low sodium soy sauce. It turned out great, thanks for the recipe.

Donna's Cheesy Quiche

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2008
My son and I loved this. Picky hubby didn't care for it but that's because it's not fried and greasy. Omitted pie crust, added crumbled bacon, and substituted half-n-half for heavy cream. Next time will add 2 egg whites to make fluffier. Thanks for recipe.

Creamy Caramel Flan

Reviewed: May 12, 2008
I've made this before and it's delicious. There used to be a bakery in Hialeah that made this and it was called Cheesecake Flan. It was very popular. I was so glad when I found the recipe, it's so easy.

Super Easy! Used spirals as I didn't have egg noodles. The family liked it, even my picky hubby. I will make this again.
