Golden Sweet Cornbread

Reviewed: Jun. 26, 2015
I make this often, and have made it for years. I don't make any changes to the original recipe. It is crumbly, but who cares?? That doesn't mean that it isn't good or that it deserves any less stars!

Tomato Soup

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2015
I loved this. I didn't add celery, thyme, or Worcestershire sauce though. I premed at the end. I was a little worried about no cream or milk in it, but it definitely didn't need it. Great as is. Will be making again for sure!!!!

Chicken Flautas

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2013
Very good! I make these often. :) I think they taste just like in an authentic Mexican restaurant. :) But they are way cheaper and better when you do it yourself. Quite simple to make too!

Mellissa's Grandma's Blackberry Cobbler

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2013
This was very good. I followed the directions exactly as written, other than accidentally boiling the berries a little to long because I got busy!!! I think they were boiling for 11 minutes instead of the 5... It was perfect!! I don't see why anyone would say different.. :) Thank you!!!

Best Croutons Ever

Reviewed: May 30, 2013
Soo perfect! I love them. I added a shake of Italian Seasoning as well and used hotdog buns because I had no bread. Very easy. Will not be buying croutons ever again!

Chicken Avocado Sandwiches

Reviewed: May 14, 2013
I've been making these for years. It combines grilled chicken and avocado, with grilled cheese sandwiches! I love all three of those things, and their combination is just amazing! Whenever I have my parents over, they request this! So easy, and so delicious!! I'm making them tonight actually, and will post a picture when I'm done! Love them!

Slow Cooker Texas Pulled Pork

Reviewed: May 6, 2013
The best pulled pork I have ever had!!! Beats restaurants! :) I served this at my baby's baptism yesterday, and it was all gone! My husband loved it, and I have leftover rolls (Hawaiian bread) and I think I'm making it again for us this week! :) I think it was more of a tangy pulled pork, and not as sweet as some. It was soooooooo good!!!! Thanks so much!!! Only change I made: Less thyme, less onion, no oil. I'm sure if you added the full amount it would be just as good!! The changes are not necessary.

Southwest-Style Egg Rolls

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2013
I make these often! Instead of egg roll wrappers, I use flour tortillas, and I bake them in the oven at 375 for about 16 minutes. (spray them with olive oil first to make them crispy) I've made these for guests and they love them too!
