Baking Mix Blackberry Cobbler

Reviewed: May 15, 2012
This was SO quick and easy to make! The sugar/water combination makes a glaze that keeps the batter nice and moist. It is a bit sweeter than I'd like which is the only thing keeping me from rating it five stars. I used fresh blackberries and it was delicious served warm with a dollop of vanilla ice cream.

Blueberry Bars

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2008
Very good! I increased the amount of blueberries to 2 cups and also increased the cream cheese to 8 oz., using 1/3 less fat version. It turned out tasty without being too sweet; a nice change from cheesecake topped with cherry pie filling. It's a keeper.

Actually Delicious Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2008
I cut the recipe back to 4 servings since I am not fond of ground turkey and didn't want a lot of leftovers if it wasn't as good as everybody said. These are great - very flavorful, a little crisp on the outside, juicy on the inside. I cooked mine on a Foreman grill and they turned out wonderful. This one will be added to my low-fat recipe book. Thanks for sharing it with all us calorie counters, this is a great burger.

Blueberry Buckle

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2008
This reminds me of the blueberry muffins my grandmother used to make when I was a child - very tasty, a great coffeecake to serve either for breakfast or dessert. Don't let the thick batter throw you, it's supposed to have that consistency.

Bananas Foster II

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2008
My husband absolutely inhaled this dessert. It was divine, decadent, delicious, and quick & easy to make. A suggestion - if making this for more than two people, better double or triple the recipe to ensure there are enough servings, as nobody will want to miss out on this one; it's a winner.

Triple Berry Crisp

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2008
Oh, wow - this dish is very easy to make and SO good! I followed the recipe exactly as shown, and it was excellent. I served it warm with a scoop of French vanilla ice cream, but it was delicious plain as well. Definitely a keeper.

Crunchy Romaine Toss

Reviewed: Jun. 28, 2007
This salad is excellent! Made it on the spur of the moment, didn't have the Romaine and used iceberg instead - it was crunchy and delicious. I read the other reviews and was careful with the noodles, used almonds instead of walnuts, and it turned out divine. I loved it, will definitely made this one again and again - thanks so much for sharing!

Herb Rubbed Sirloin Tip Roast

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2006
I tried this recipe and it is definitely a keeper. I used ingredients as listed (except for the cayenne pepper), and it turned out great - just the right amount of spice for my taste. I sliced the meat thin and it was tender and very tasty. I will definitely use this again.

Glazed Corned Beef

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2005
Never could make decent corned beef until I tried this recipe. The meat was fork tender and the glaze was a delicious complement to the dish.
