Baked Ziti I
I was wary about using sour cream in baked ziti, but it was really very good. I used extra sauce, just my preference, and as suggested I mixed the pasta with the sauce & meat then layered it 1/2 the noodles/sauce, all the provolone, all the sour cream, remaining noodles then 8oz of mozzarella and cooked it covered for all bot the last 10 min.
Delicious! I'll definitely make it again.
(ps- those who had trouble finding sliced provolone, check your deli counter!)
