Coriander Chicken with Mango Salsa
I'm not sure how close I sticked to the recipe, but it was a great starter! I didn't measure the pepper, salt, or ground coriander. It just put it on evenly, until the juices soaked it up. I grilled it as well, instead of frying it, and used different mango salsa recipe, because I was already making salsa and had my ingredients from this: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/mango-salsa/detail.aspx

Salsa Cheese Boule Dip
Made this for my work, and it was gone before I knew it. They loved it. I also used chipotle cream cheese, which made it a little more spicy. I also used 6oz bread bowls; sourdough and french. I guess I didn't follow the recipe to be exact, but it came out great! I used this salsa recipe for the dip: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/mango-salsa/detail.aspx

Mango Salsa
My first recipe Ive website I think. Instead of using red pepper, I used orange pepper. I also felt the onion was excessive, so I didn't use all of it. Just tried the results, and it was great. Using this for Cinco de Mayo celebrations at work tomorrow, and on my fish tonight. I even through the salsa in the blender, and mixed it into a Salsa Cheese Dip, with a Bread Bowl.
