Yummy Beef

I found this to have wonderful flavor and to be very tender. my 11 year old picky eater had three helpings, it was a hit. Even my mother-in-law liked it.

Pepper Chicken Piccata

This was a quick and easy meal to prepare. Very tastful, wonderful presentation of colors. Went very well with egg noodles, will be fixing this one again.
