Coconut Ice
Has anyone tried making this with Coconut milk instead of water? I think the flavor would improve and the texture might be a little softer for those who hated that it seem to be like a coconut sugar cube.

Boston Baked Beans
Canned Pork and Beans makes wonderful baked beans if you need a quick start and cuts the baking time to less than an hour. Using this recipe and add some finely chopped green bell peppers adds more color and a little more flavor.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies
This is a wonderful rolled sugar cookie recipe. I just dip my baked cokies in the Icing and it dries beautifully and has a gloss. My recipe for the icing is different from the one you usually see. 1 cup confectioners' sugar 2 teaspoons milk 2 teaspoons light corn syrup 1/4 teaspoon almond extract assorted food coloring In a small bowl, stir together confectioners' sugar and milk until smooth. Beat in corn syrup and almond extract until icing is smooth and glossy. If icing is too thick, add more corn syrup. Divide into separate bowls, and add food colorings to each to desired intensity. Dip cookies, or paint them with a brush. You will love the way your cookies turn out by dipping. If you want to use sprinkles do immediately after dpping before they dry to get a nicely finished cookie.
