Peanut Crunch Cake
Made exactly per directions; I thought it was a bit dry... it was a hit at work though, good peanut butter flavor.

Key Lime Pie IV
This was really good. I made a shortbread crust, and used all freshly squeezed lime juice... will definitely make again.

Brown Sugar Banana Nut Bread I
Nice and moist, just the way we like it. I added a half cup of chocolate chips as well as chopped pecans (didn't have walnuts)... this recipe made 4 little loaves.
