Superfast Asparagus

I used Zatarran's Creole seasoning and it turned out great! I like it even more than the normalolive oil/garlic pan fried asparagus and it is easier! Will make again.

Vegetarian Tortilla Soup

delicious! Per other reviews, we used fresh peppers and onions instead of frozen, diced tomatoes instead of crushed, frozen corn instead of canned, added a can of black beans and added a splash of lime and a dollop of sour cream to the toppings.. the combo of chips, soup, cheese, avocado and sour cream was amazing! a new favorite in our house!

We loved this.. I burnt the fish a bit so next time I might try baking it in the oven but the flavor was fabulous! Tasted like an entree from a great seafood restaurant. Will definitely make again!

I made exactly as stated except I took other reviewers' suggestions and put the brisket on the bottom vs. the top of the vegetable. The meat turned out so moist and flavorful!

Black Bean and Rice Enchiladas

SO good! Changes we made: 1 cup rice instead of two, one 8 oz. bag of shredded cheddar (half in enchilada/ half on top), subbed salsa for picante sauce in the filling and used enchilada sauce on bottom and top of enchiladas instead of salsa. We loved it! Will definitely make again soon.

We cut the recipe in half and added some sauteed green pepper, onion and mushrooms to the bean/salsa mixture. So good and quick too!

French Onion Soup Gratinee

mmmmmmmmm SO good! we used just swiss cheese on top and subbed red wine vinegar for balsamic vinegar but left everything else. Served with a salad it is a perfect restaurant quality meal! thanks!

Great frosting.. I used to cover Red Velvet Cupcakes.. added an extra cup of confectioners sugar as I like frosting sweeter but very yummy either way!

absolutely delicious and has a great presentation! Used two cans of Grands Buttermilk biscuits and layered biscuits and caramel mixture in bundt pan..my friends all beg me to make this when they come to visit.. will make again and again :)

I thought these were ok.. mine actually came out a bit mushy but I think that's because I subbed applesauce for the oil so I can't fault the recipe for that one :) I might try again.. this time will stick to the recipe!
