Shrimp Stir Fry

I liked it, I think was very easy and didn't take long. I added a pinch of cayenne.....just to do it. I'll make this again, just need to remember DON'T COOK THE SHRIMP LONG BEFORE ADDING MORE INGREDIENTS!! I always do it and overcook the shrimp.

Simple Whole Wheat Bread

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

I thought the root beer helped keep flavor in the pork, straight water seems to wash it out. I don't like root beer so I was skeptical about using it. I will make this again, will probably make my own sauce next time!

10 Pound Cheesecake

I didn't make the connection between the name and how much this would make! Luckily there was only about 2 pounds leftover. Only change I might make next time is using 8 ounces of whipped topping, maybe make it a little more solid and actually fit in the 9X13 pan!

Honey Dijon Balsamic Vinaigrette

Balsamic was a little strong, felt like it overpowered everything else. I like balsamic, so I didn't mind to much. but might try to dilute it down a bit with more oil and honey.

Good, but needs a bit more flavor. Might add lemon juice next time. Was a bit wary of adding the reserve juice from the can, but I do think it needed it in the end. First time I have used butter in a while, and I got to say butter makes everything better!

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Loved it! The only thing I will do different next time is use very lean meat or cook it so that it can drip some of the fat out. I used lean beef, but still ended up fatty at the bottom. There is enough fluid with the milk( I used soy milk ) and the glaze that you should use the leanest meat you can to avoid excess fat.
