No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2007
This is a great recipe. I changed a few things and it was delicious!!! I am not a big whipped cream fan, so in place of that I used heavy whipping cream and whipped that for several minutes then when it was time to fold in the whipped topping I folded in the heavy whipping cream. I also poured a layer of hot fudge on the crust before I poured in the peanut butter mixture! YUMM-O!

Garden Veggie Pizza Squares

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2007
This is a classic!!! Great for those women who like to have mary kay or lia sophia type parties!! It is a healthy and delicious snack! I make mine organic by using organic veggies and organic cream cheese. I haven't found organic refriderated dough yet, but still it's pretty close!!! Thanks for the great recipe!

Chicken Tetrazzini I

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2007
This is an old time favorite during my childhood growing up. We loved this recipe. It was my moms recipe and since she passed away when I was in high school I had no idea how to make it. Now that I am a mother myself, I wanted to bring back some good ol' childhood memories so I decided to check on here, and this is it exactly!!! We love this recipe, it's sooooo good! Thanks!

Banana Slush Punch

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2007
This punch is the best!!! We make it for every party we have! It's a great hit. I follow the recipe exactly and it turns out perfect every time. The best thing is you can make this weeks in advance. So just a couple days before the party or big event that's one less thing you have to do. Unlike many of the other punches where you have to mix the frozen concentrates with 3 cans of water, add frozen yogurt then add your 2 liter of pop... plus you probably have to do a few refills during the party... this recipe eliminates that hassle and allows you to enjoy your party to the max!! All you have to do is dump one container of your already frozen, ready to go slush into the punch bowl, add your ginger ale and your ready to serve. It's so quick, easy, and delicious! My parties wouldn't be parties with out that! We love this recipe!!! Thank you!

Hamburger Cake

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2007
I would have given this a 5 star if all of the ingredients would have been listed in the INGREDIENT section. Plus I don't like candy with my cake or brownies... so melting candy and using it as cheese didn't go over well... plus like other reviewers said, it gets hard after it cools... so it makes it hard to cut the cake... I would just omit the "cheese" all together... HAMBURGERS don't have cheese on them... cheeseburgers do... and since this is a hamburger cake... no need... if you really want it... I'd think of something else... To make the lettuce easier... just get a plastic baggie, green food coloring, and shredded coconut, put a few drops of food coloring in with some coconut and shake it up... I think coconut mixes much better with cake and icing vs some sweet candy. Anyway, hope yours turns out good!

Meatballs and Sauce

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2007
I followed the recipe exactly except did use 2 cans of the soup. I did refrigerate overnight too and I think that really helped with the flavor! So if you can - do that! They are always a hit!

Best Ever Jalapeno Poppers

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2007
Hands down, this is the absolute BEST Jalapeno Popper recipe ever... My husband is my best sampler... but he's honest... plus I had his brother and cousin... who are also very particular say these were the best they've ever tasted! No restaurant can compare. I have to be honest and thought this wouldn't turn out just because usually when you dip something in milk more than once the previous stuff you rolled in would come off... but it didn't and I highly reccomend that you dip the poppers once in the flour... then do the whole process in the bread crumbs 2 times, like the recipe says to do! I used a deep fryer and about 375 degrees... 2 minutes was perfect... I used italian bread crumbs and used jalapeno jack cheese mixed with cheddar. No bacon bits for the vegetarians, and it was perfect... full of flavor. I also boiled the jalapeno's for 4 minutes to remove some of the heat and they were not too hot, but had a great kick! I will be forced to make these over and over again for all of our family occasions! Thank you so much for sharing this fabulous recipe!

Carla's Fruit Dip

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2007
I used 8 oz of cream cheese, 3/4 cool whip added a tsp of vanilla and this was outstanding. I made the adjustments based off of other reviews... It went great with strawberries! Actually it was so good I had to run out to the store today for strawberries just so I could finish up the dip... Didn't want to waste anything that good! You won't be dissapointed!

Cream Cheese Dessert Wedges

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2007
These were pretty good... I do suggest mixing together extra cinnamon and sugar to sprinkle on the biscuits before you place the cream cheese mixture in, it really helps with the flavor... rounds it out I guess... but over all it was really good, everyone seemed to like them. Plus it was fast!

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2007
Delicious! Everyone loved them! I used a fork and gently pressed down on the balls before baking for a more elegant look. They were a bit to crunchy for my taste so I just put a piece of bread in with the cookies and it softens them right up! Thank you for a great recipe!

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2006
If you are looking for a delicious cookie, this is the one!!! The cookie is VERY moist and chewy, and it looks so pretty when you use the cup cake pans too bake them! I only had one cup cake pan, with only 6 cups in it so I had to make some using a cookie sheet. I do recommend using the cup cake pans because it just makes them look prettier and more evenly sized... They were just excellent!!! I will make these over and over again! Thank you!
