These are VERY tasty cookies indeed! I do have to agree with many of the other reviews in that it is pretty hard to shape the dough into walnut sized balls when the dough is SO sticky! I just used a couple of spoons to scoop the dough into a small bowl of sugar then, coated and rolled with no problems after that. I guess you could just spoon a “walnut sized ball” right onto the cookie sheet but the sugar adds such a wonderful crispy yummyness. I guess everybody adds their own little twist to a good recipe. The only real change I would make to this great one would be to use O.J. instead of water as some others have said, otherwise, perfecto!!!
