Very tasty, but I think I would use a little less oregano. Easy to prepare!

30-Minute Minestrone

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2008
Excellent recipe! I took it a step further because I had leftover corn, peas, greenbeans, cheese sauce and beef with taco sauce in the frig. So I tossed it all in there as well during the last step of the recipe. It was great!

Cranberry Pork Chops I

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2008
Excellent! I couldn't find thick enough chops, so I used two thin ones, and put the cranberry mixture in between. It was easier than cutting them ~ a little tricky to turn, but worked out just fine. It was enjoyed by all!

Excellent. I just put pineapple in the sauce and used frozen patties. This would also be excellent as a meatloaf!
