This is a great idea. I tried it last night. It turned out good but I think I had too much flour in the sauce as it was a little "pastey" if you will. I posted a pic of my finished fish. Next time I think I will add a bit more Banana too. Very good combination with the cheese (I used Parmesan & Romano) Without my sauce mistake and very little tweaking, I think this is an awesome idea and is very good!

Slow Cooker Beef Stew I

This had a good taste but when I scaled it down with All Recipes website it also reduced the amount of beef broth and the stem meat got dried out horribly. So, I will try it again and update this rating. I think if I would of left the beef broth amount at it's origional 1 1/2 cups It would of been ok.

Grilled Sea Bass

Tried this out tonight. It was very Simple and fast to prepare with great results. I had to substitute the parsley with dried parsley from the jar. Given that, still had great results. I added half the butter/garlic sauce while finishing on the grill and the other half just after I took it off the grill. I uploaded a pic as well.. YUM!
