BBQ Glazed Homemade Meatballs

My family really enjoyed these! Very tasty. I used lean ground beef, and made them very large. Next time I think I would use a little less oatmeal. I tend to like less filler. Un-like some of the other suggestions, I would keep the sauce the same. This was great served over Pennsylvania Dutch noodles and my son loved the leftovers in a sandwich!

Buttermilk Pancakes II

Fantastic! My family loved these pancakes! Nice and light and fluffy! Some of the best I have had! The secret is to cook them right away! Mix and cook.

Tasty Breakfast Burritos

I made this for a work breakfast! Everyone raved about it! Needs more of the white sauce for my taste. Next time I will double the sauce. Also, I made my own sausage instead of store bought.

San Francisco Sourdough Bread

Wow, wow, wow! This bread was fabulous. I am not a bread baker, in fact this was my first! My brother started a sourdough starter when he was visiting for Thanksgiving and never got around to making the bread. He passed it along to me when he returned home with no directions. I chose this one and I got lucky! It's not too sour, though I guess if I leave it do it's thing longer it could be. I am told the older the starter the better it gets. The starter was the same as the 2 Sourdough Starters found here. Try it you'll love it!
