Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2014
This was delicious! I had to sub items out as I didn't have all on hand and it still came out ultra yummy! - Used dried rosemary - Omitted salt - Used lime juice instead of lemons since that's what I had - Used balsamic vinegar since I didn't have any white - Used 1/4 tsp Stevia instead of sugar Will definitely cook again!

No Time to Cook Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2013
This is edible but that's about it, it fills the gut. I took other reviewers' advice and seasoned the chicken first, added onions, mushrooms but it still was pretty bland for our tastes. If you're looking for something that's quick and filling, go for it.

High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast

Reviewed: May 14, 2012
I cook all my roasts like this now. I season the roast with salt, pepper, montreal steak seasoning and garlic powder. I also surround the roast with quartered red potatoes and sliced carrots (potatoes and carrots coated with olive oil and italian seasoning), everything cooks at the same time with this method and it's awesome!

Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2010
All I can say is YUM! I used a lot more garlic than 2 tsps (but then hubby and I are garlic fanatics), cut the breasts into 2 inch strips, cooked for 15 mins and the chicken came out moist and delicious

Janet's Rich Banana Bread

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2009
This was delicious. I followed the recipe as given but made some minor changes. 1) I substitued the sour cream with strawberry/banana yogurt 2) I omitted the walnuts (I don't like walnuts) and 3) I baked it at 325 for about 50 mins. The bread came out wonderful and the entire family scarfed it down.

Easy Garlic Broiled Chicken

Absoulutely delicious! I cooked it with as the recipe was submitted except I did bake it at 375 for 45 mins instead of broiling. Fantastic!

Broccoli Chicken Casserole I

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2008
The whole family gobbled this down! I followed jojojomama's recommendations except I did boil the chicken in chicken broth, salt & pepper. I also added mushrooms and about 2 cloves of garlic to the soup mixture. It was such a hit! Recommended.

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: May 21, 2008
Two words: Absolutely delicious! This was my first time cooking lasagna from scratch and I couldn't have picked a better recipe. Cooked just as directed, except I did take other reviewers advice and soaked the noodles for half an hour in very hot tap water. Came out perfect.

Sage Pork Chops

Reviewed: May 20, 2008
These were a hit with my family. I've never cooked with sage before and the smell while it was cooking was divine. I took another reviewers tip and used more sage than the recipe called for (about 1/2 tsp per chop). But do be aware, even though you're cooking the chops in beef broth, they can dry out pretty quickly so just keep a close eye and take them off the burner as soon as they're cooked all the way through.

Chicken Chimichangas with Green Sauce

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2008
Oh my gosh! This recipe was absolutely delicious!!! I don't normally cook Mexican-style foods but thought I'd give this a try. The only thing I suggest is let the cream cheese warm a bit so it's easier to mix. Also, I initially put the chimichangas in the oven, but after 15 minutes, they still weren't brown at all, so I ended up frying them for about 2 minutes on each side in the skillet with olive oil. They came out so good. And the sauce was divine. One of the best recipes I've come across on this website. Thanks!!

Cajun Baked Catfish

Reviewed: Apr. 22, 2008
This was really good. I haven't eaten any kind of fish (except Sashimi) since I was a kid, but for health reasons, have decided to add it to my family's diet. I was really nervous about cooking catfish for the first time, but this recipe couldn't have been more delicious. Even my 6 year old loved it and asked for seconds!

Kickin' Meatballs

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2008
These were absolutely delicious. Minor changes I made: We're garlic fanatics so I added about 1.5 more tablespoons of minced garlic, I too baked them in the oven at 350 for 25 minutes, but before I put them in the oven, I lightly sprinkled them with garlic powder. After 25 minutes, all I can say is yummy!!!

Stuffed Pork Chops

Reviewed: Apr. 16, 2008
This was absolutely delicious. Here are the changes I made: I used vegetable broth instead of beef broth, I added about 2 cloves of minced garlic to the mixture, I didn't have any croutons so I omitted that ingredient and I had left over mixture after stuffing the pork chops, so I sprinkled what was left on top of the chops and then put it in the oven. The pork chops were moist, tender and very yummy. The whole family enjoyed them!

Garlic and Onion Burgers

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2008
These came out fantastic. The only modifications I made were I put in 3 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce and an extra clove of garlic (we're garlic fanatics). I also added 2 tbsp of olive oil and 1 egg to help hold it together. Then I topped it off with some provolone cheese. My entire family absolutely loved the way these turned out.

Easy Chicken Tetrazzini

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2008
This was delicious! I read some of the reviews and modified the recipe as well. I sauted red bell peppers, mushrooms & onions and added it to the soup mixture. I also added oregano and garlic powder. I cooked the chicken in olive oil and garlic with salt and pepper. Also, instead of layering all the ingredients as the recipe said, I mixed everything together in a big bowl. And instead of cheddar cheese, I used Mozzerella cheese on top. My family loved it.

Kielbasa Pasta Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2008
This recipe was just "ok". I think the ingredients are great except for the kielbasa sausage. I think it would be great with Spicy Italian Sausage instead. The kielbasa flavor was just too strange a taste with the rest of the ingredients.

Beef Parmesan with Garlic Angel Hair Pasta

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2008
I enjoy this and so did my family. The flavor was really good, though I omitted the green peppers because I don't care for them much, and I also marinated the beef in garlic salt and pepper. The only thing I didn't like about this were the bite size beef. I think this recipe would be much better if you used ground beef, made those into bite size meatballs, then coated them in bread crumbs. I'm going to try it this way next time.

Beefy Spanish Rice

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2008
This recipe was good but I did change it a bit. I added one large green bell pepper and one small red bell pepper. Also, I added about .5 lb of spicy ground sausage. I also changed the rice amount to 3 cups because I didn't think there was enough rice for my family of 5 with only 1 cup.
