Chicken Lettuce Wraps
This recipe is easy and delicious. I only gave it four stars because I used low sodium soy sauce rather than regular. I also added some extra hot sauce to the chicken because we like it spicy. The peanut sauce is delicious and the onion and cilantro really make the wraps pop. Even better the second day, if you have leftovers. Thanks or the great recipe!

Simple, Classic Chicken Potpie
This was fantastic! In addition to the vegetables called for, I added a small diced potato and some frozen peas. The sherry is an absolute must for a rich savory sauce. Will definitely make again!

Patti's Mussels a la Mariniere
My husband said this recipe replaced his other favorite clam recipe, which he raves about! I read the reviews and just adjusted a few things. I used 8 cloves of garlic instead of 5 and 3 tbsp. of butter instead of 2. I also waited and added the green onions during the last five minues of cooking. When I reduced the wine broth, it seemed as if I didn't have enough liquid to steam the clams, so I added about 1/2 cup of chicken broth. These were absolutely delicious! The broth was so good to sop up with some crusty bread. I will most definitely be making it again and often!
