Taco Soup VI

I followed the recipe exactly. The tomato flavor overpowered the soup. It was disppointing, and I wouldn't make again.

The rub was made according to the recipe and used on baby back ribs. The ribs were extremely salty, and the salt taste was dominant. I would highly recommend reducing the salt quantity if you make this rub. We will try this again, but cut the salt in 1/2.

Bud's Potato Salad

Overall the recipe was disappointing. Visually it wasn't appealing and the taste was fairly bland. My guests barely touched the potato salad and no one had seconds. I will stick with the ranch potato salad.

Alfredo Sauce

I have tried this recipe twice and both times the cheese was lumpy. I have used high quality parmesan and an Italian mixture, and the results were the same. Taste is good, but texture is an issue with the lumpy cheese.

Grandma's Graham Cracker Pudding

Chicken Cheese Chowder

Salsa Cube Steaks

Easy to make and yummy. Meat was very tender and tasty. I used 1/2 onion, no bell pepper, and no water. It was delicious and I will make again. The clean up was a breeze since everything was in one pan.

Pork Butt Roast with Vegetables

Great recipe. Used two cans of beef broth plus water. My family loved this recipe. The roast was incredibly tender. If you want more than a couple of cups of liquid for gravy you should probably add additional water.
