Blue Cheese Dip II

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2006
This recipe is very easy and very yummy, just make sure to let it chill for awhile (the longer the better) before it is served. Very good as a vegetable dip

Baked Salmon Fillets Dijon

Yum! So easy and delicious. I added a little parmesan cheese to the bread crumbs, and I think it made it even better.

Mom's Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2009
This recipe was delicious. I used two cans of chedder soup along with Extra Sharp Chedder and Monteray Jack Cheese, blended everything over low heat, then added to the macaroni. It was delicious and actually tasted alot like Stoufer's mac and cheese!

Chicken Valdostano

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2010
Delicious! Unfortunately we didn't pound the chicken to be extra flat, which I think would have added to the meal. Otherwise, the recipe was great and it was appreciated as a wonderfl home cooked Valentine's Day meal :)

Jalapeno Popper Spread

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2012
This was a big hit at a superbowl party I attended. It definitely had a bite to it, even though i de-seeded all the jalapeƱos.... I left it in the fridge for a few days after and tried it again, and it was almost too spicy to enjoy! Used ritz crackers as dippers and they complimented the dish well.

Delicious Artichokes

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2012
Delicious but with the pesto and oil it felt a little gresy to me... next time I would just use pesto to cut down on the oilyness. Still yummy though!

Quinoa Side Dish

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2012
My new favorite way to prepare quinoa... the veggie stock (or chicken stock) really adds a nice flavor to the quinoa. Will become my new go-to side dish.

Cioccolata Calda (Hot Chocolate Italian-Style)

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2012
Was very excited to try this recipe as Italian hot chocolate is my favorite in the world. There is only one place in NYC I have found that makes their hot chocolate like they do in Italy, but they charge $5 a cup. I was hoping this would be a good home alternative. However it took FOREVER for the mixture to thicken... by the time we drank it, it was absolutely scalding hot! Maybe the ratio needs to be tweaked? Anyway, besides that the taste was really nice, but not exactly like the Italians do it.
