South of the Border Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2008
It was edible (which is why I gave it 2 stars), but I did not care for it. The flavor of the soup does not match the salsa at all.

Chicken Pot Pie IV

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2008
I wasn't expecting much, as I hate the frozen chicken pot pies and that's all I've ever had. This, on the other hand, was wonderful and even reheated well the next day. I used a 12.5oz can of chicken, Walmart-brand pie crust rolls, and I steamed a bag of frozen broccoli and a bag of frozen peas, carrots, and green beans.

Oh-So-Good Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 11, 2009
This was very good. I cooked the chicken in taco sauce like someone else recommended - this turned out well. I added black olives and next time I'll only use about a 3rd of the mushrooms recommended. I served this with corn. We ate off of this for 3 nights! Thank you.

Slow Cooker Pork Chops

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2014
This was great. We added a can of diced tomatoes, 3 tsps of minced garlic, a pinch of onion powder, and 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar. Cooked on low for 8 hours and it was very tender and had a great flavor.

Spinach Cheese Manicotti

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2010
So, I just made this for a dinner party (only 4 people) and I made it exactly as-is. Usually I change something about recipes I find here, but I didn't change a thing (I added all the water, the 2 jars of spaghetti (Ragu traditional), and didn't cook the noodles). It turned out perfect! All four of us were quite full (with a salad and breadsticks too), and there were no leftovers. Thanks for a great meal!

This is a great recipe for chili, we loved it. I added more pepper and some jalapenos to spice it up even more.

Simple Hamburger Stroganoff

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2008
Very good. Made exactly as described except I used ground turkey instead of hamburger. I'll probably add onions next time, but I will definitely make this again.

USMC SOS

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2008
Wonderful! My wife's stomach was bothering her, so I needed something that wasn't spicy at all. I found this recipe and thought I'd give it a try. Expecting it to be boring and flavorless, I was in for quite the surprise! It's very easy to make and quite tasty. The flavor reminded us a little of chicken fried steak. I used ground turkey instead of beef. Turned out great.

Best Spinach Dip Ever

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2005
Thanks for this recipe! I used it on Roasted Garlic Triscuits (I highly recommend these crackers for this dip) and it was amazing. I gave some to the SO and she took it to work. Her co-workers couldn't stop eating it and she got a lot of praise for it. Thanks again!
