For those complaining that this is bland, 1) IT'S BROCCOLI CHEESE CASSEROLE...not meant to be a symphony of flavors; 2) You see the ingredients. Anyone with half a brain can tell it's going to be bland and anyone with the other half would throw some garlic and/or spices in. There's no excuse for being surprised that it's bland. For those saying this is unsophisticated: IT'S BROCCOLI CHEESE CASSEROLE. Get off your high horse. Fact is that this is a perfect no-frills recipe that is perfect as-is or dolled up. You can sub wild rice or real cheddar (as I did), add spices, etc. It's a blank canvas; you bring the paint.

Indoor S'mores

After reading reviews claiming the mallow/chocolate mixture set too quickly, I made sure not to overheat it (as that was what people claimed the issue was). Almost as soon as I added the chocolate, the mixture began to set. It was nearly impossible to get it mixed thoroughly. I ended up with chocolate everywhere and most of it stuck to the bowl. I also found that there was a lot more chocolate mixture than grahams. I think maybe 6cups of grahams would be better - provided you can get the mixture through an extra 2 cups of cereal before it sets. Although it was a pain in the butt to make, it does taste delicious.
