Roasted Duck

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2011
This is the first time I tried cooking duck. It is a simple, full of flavor recipe. It was very moist. No greasy flavor at all. I definitely recommend using an orange sauce as it brings out the flavor in the meat.

Shoyu Chicken

My wife does not like chicken thighs at all, I LOVE them. This is the FIRST recipe I made with chicken thighs that she LOVED. Everything came out with a balanced flavor. The chicken was moist and tender. I will definitely be using this recipe at my summer party.

Roasted Rack of Lamb

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2011
This is a very simple recipe for any cooking level. I don't cook a lot of lamb so I figured I would try a simple recipe. I changed it a little bit to suit my pallet. OUTSTANDING. Use this recipe as a base and change it to make one of your own!

Drunk Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 21, 2007
Great recipe, however, if you plan to cook the chicken for 2hrs on a grill, I would recommend indirect heat.(I used a 4 burner propane grill) If not, cut the cook time down to 1 1/2hrs. For a different taste, consider adding THIN lemon slices under the skin. Remember, "to each thier own". Still, all and all, a great recipe to start and tweak to your taste.

Lemon Barbeque Pork Chops

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2007
If you looking for a quick, simple recipe to spice up porkchops, this is it. Utilize the amount lemon juice to suit your palate. If you want a very slight hint of lemon, stick with the recipe.
