Beef Tenderloin With Roasted Shallots

This is a great recipe! My family and friends loved it! The only change I made was I added some garlic cloves to the shallots while roasting and I did as other reviewers suggested pureed the shallot mixture. Yummy!

Momma's Wine Cake

Heavenly Potatoes and Ham

Well, I don't know if I did something wrong or what but 5 lbs of potatoes were overflowing my 9x13 pan! So I improvised. I had decided to use chicken as another reviewer suggested. So I took my chicken, sour cream, and cream of chicken soup and combined. I then took the melted butter and mashed my potatoes adding milk to reach proper consistency. Ended up tasting very yummy, just was more work than I had anticipated....
