Put it all in a crockpot, and added a can of pablano peppers I bought at the Dollar Store. Best flavored Mexican Pork ever.

Buttermilk Biscuits I

Reviewed: Sep. 22, 2009
I mix all dry ingredients then take out 1/2 cup to work in while I am rolling them out. worked great still had leftover flour. I flatten them out, then fold over and over. The dough should be light and workable. THats why you hold out the flour. I had no problem with sticky dough..Put them touching on the pan and they will rise good. I use an iron skillet. I seperated the dough and added colby cheese chunks and a sprinkle of garlic to half..delicious.

good chewy cookie..but you have to only add the egg yolks if you want chewy. In the end if you need moisture just add a little water. I added an extra cup of oats, and made half with mini chocolate chips, and half with raisins and hickory nuts. (soak your raisins in boiling water for 5 minutes) I added wa

Original Homemade Italian Beef

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2009
YUMMY! Everyone in the house loved it. I made own italian dressing spices from this website, and I added two beef boullion cubes. This is the one your looking for. Here are the spices in case anyone else needs them. 2 T garlic salt, 2 T onion powder, 2 T sugar, 2 T oregano, 2 t black pepper, 1 t red pepper, 1/2 t thyme, 2 t basil, 2 T parsley, 1/2 t celery salt (i used celery flakes), 2 T salt. 1/2 t lemon pepper (someone else mentioned it so I threw it in) I used these on a 3 pound roast, and it was perfect. Fed 2 teenage boys, 1 hungry husband, 1 hungry 8 yr. old, and 1 picky meat eater...it was delicious.

Hot Water Pie Crust II

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2009
this came out perfect...and I am the worst at pie crusts..just avoided making them after a few to many mistakes. This was great..used for a pot pie...rolled between saran wrap (its all I had) and used cider vinegar (all I had), and it was still the best pie crust ..tender,flaky. Oh I mixed it in a mixer for a few seconds..but when I added the hot water to the shortening, it didn't melt completely..next time I think I am gonna melt in microwave. You won't be disappointed!
