Corn Pudding V

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2010
I can't stop craving this. I make it as side dish with chili and with Mexican meals. I use only half of the margarine called for and use fat free sour cream and its still great.

Easy Vegetarian Red Beans Lasagna

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2010
Love, love, love this. I didn't know how well this would come out of the casserole dish with the beans at the bottom, so I did a layer of noodles at the bottom. Also, I used whole wheat pasta and I used 2 cans of red beans and I smashed them slightly for better texture.

Szechwan Shrimp

Reviewed: Aug. 14, 2008
Love this! I was making this for my boyfriend and I thought maybe I would try chicken. I asked him which he preferred and of course he said "how about both!" So i cut up 2 chicken breast into chunks and cooked them on the stove top. Then used half them amount of shrimp that the recipe calls for. It turned out fabulous. Thanks.

Wonderful! Very yummy. I did however omit the pecans just because I didn't know if the guests eating it would all like nuts.

Fugi Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 14, 2008
Great recipe. I made a few minor changes. I substituted sunflower kernels for the sesame seeds and I omitted the butter when toasting them. Not necessary and it saves fat and calories. I've used coleslaw and broccoli slaw. Thanks.

Delicious Raspberry Oatmeal Cookie Bars

Reviewed: Aug. 14, 2008
The first time I made these, it was a rainy day and I was bored. It was great because I had all the ingredients on hand. Very easy. I've made them several other times using different flavored jam and they were all delicious. Thanks.
