Very good! I made these as drop holes and then dropped them in a simple glaze. On the last batch I made, I added a bit of nutmeg and cinnamon to the batter. Great recipie!

Mom's Zucchini Bread

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2011
This is a 3rd generation recipie for our family. We also pour 1 cup oil in the blender, and fill up to the 3 cup measure with sliced zucchini. Grate together, puree actually, and then pour into baggies etc. and freeze. Keeps very well for months. When ready to make bread, thaw and use.

These are simple to make and soooo good! Cut them thinner and they are crisper, cut them thick and they are more cookie texture. Lend themselves well to any flavor, too. Thank you for sharing!

Slow Cooker Turkey Breast

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2008
Did this for T-Giving (along with a slow cooker ham in a second pot). Good but so tender it tended to make shredded meat rather than slices. Maybe slice it sooner and then finish cooking? I will make this again.

I can't stop eating these gems!! Look up the term 'melt in your mouth' and these will be mentioned! I added double the vanilla and splash of almond flavoring. also, worked very well to use the cookie scoop thingie as mentioned by another reviewer.
