Shredded French Dip

This is a wonderfully delicous and easy recipe to make. I use this at least once or twice a month. I serve it on toasted keisers with provolone cheese and serve the juice on the side.

Sesame Ginger Chicken

Yummy. Very Good!! I marinated my chicken in the sauce for about 1 hour and used the remainder to baste. I would have liked the sauce to have been a little thicker but it was wonderful just the same.

Vegetable Lo Mein

Very good!! Just as good as take out. I backed off on the curry and cayanne just a little and it had just the right amount of kick.

Roasted Apple Curried Chicken with Rice

This recipe was too spicy. The chicken meat was great, but the skin and the rice was very very spicy. I had backed off on some of the spices already and whish I would have followed my instinct and backed off more
