This is one of those recipes that you read all the reviews and run out and get all the ingredients!! It didn't disappoint. I didn't change the recipe, I just added more vegetables. I also did as many others suggested and doubled everything and used 1/2 the sauce to saute the veg in. You can add whatever you like, but I added mushrooms, pea pods, broccoli, onion, and water chestnuts. It was fantastic!! You can have it over chow mein noodles, rice, or nothing if you prefer. Oh, I also used beef shoulder tenders from Fareway. It's the best for stir fry, stew, etc. I did marinate it overnight as well. It was great heated up the next day too. AWESOME STIR-FRY!! YOU MUST TRY!!
