Having an abundance of blackberries this year, I needed to use some. This recipe is wonderfully easy, and tastes great on top of all that. I used splenda in place of the sugar and did cut back on the amounts called for and used an 8 x 8 pan. Next time I will double the amounts & make a much bigger cobbler. (maybe I can share it then, maybe not!) Thanks Amanda. My Mom is from Hustonville, Ky. Just right outside of Danville & we were there quite often when I was little. Kentucky is a GREAT place to live.
