Great basic fudge recipe. I added a bit more peppermint extract to bring out the flavor. This was a favorite at a friend's Christmas party. I will make this again, maybe next time trying to add marshmallows or marshmallow creme.

Elisa's Famous Fudge

I loved the flavor, but didnt like the consistancy as it never seemed to set up right. Next time I will try some of the other users' suggestions and increase the amount of chocolate or decrease the amount of milk.

Butterscotch Fudge

Good, but VERY sweet! It's a diet-friendly dessert simply because you can't eat much more than a 1" square without getting a tummy ache. Like other users, I didnt think it set up too well. It seemed to stay soft and made a mess if left out at all. I'm not sure if I'll add this to my fudge plate this year, but possibly if people request it.

Easy Cinnamon Fudge

I added this to my mix of baked goods that I brought to share at a family gathering and everyone loved it. I dont find it to be anything super spectacular though (there are better fudge recipes out there) which is why I only gave it four stars.

Absolutely delicious! I had a similar dish at a five-star restaurant and was looking to recreate it... and this recipe did it. We even added it to our Thanksgiving menu this year.

Asparagus Casserole I

Pretty good... but needs some "pizaz". My boyfriend enjoyed the asparagus part, but we both tended to eat around the greesy saltine crackers. Oh, I also substituted the cream of mushroom for cream of celery... not to fond of the fungi. =) With the right main dish, I may serve this again for family and close friends.

Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken

Pretty good, but nothing super spectacular. I think it'd be best served with a red sauce of sorts because the chicken alone needed something. I'll probably make this again, but add to the meal a bit.

Chicken with Garlic, Basil, and Parsley

Definitely a change from most chicken recipes I use... Not overly special alone though. If I had thought through the meal more completely and served it with a complementary side dish, it could have been a ten-star meal!

Satay Chicken Pizza

Very yummy! I'll probably throw this into the "every other month" file. It was fun to make because I made slight variations to each of the pizzas. The one I'd suggest to others is adding julienned spinach. It doesnt change the flavor all that much, but it gives it a different texture on top...and it's healthy too!

Sloppy Joes II

I really enjoyed this recipe. It's not all that much different from Manwich, but it allows for more variation in the flavor. I made the recipe as is, with the exception that I made more of the sauce. The flavor definitely gets better as it simmers...allow for that and dont expect to cut it short. Next time, I think I may try adding a little more "heat" to the flavoring.

Chicken Pesto Paninis

Absolutely love this recipe! I used the recipe as-is with my George Foreman Grill and it worked wonderfully! I like it because you can do the veggie prep and cook the chicken in advance so it can be a VERY quick week night meal.

Easy Tortilla Soup

Very easy to make and good too! As is, it tends to be a bit too tomato flavored for me, but with a few extras (like corn and black beans, which others have mentioned), it's a great meal.
