Restaurant-Style Coleslaw I
Simply the best! I used fresh red cabbage. Finely chopped celery - 1/2 cup. Absolutely no milk. 1 T minced shallot. 2 T lemon juice. Sprinkled the finished salad with name brand seasoning salt. Definately chill for an hour or overnight! Goodbye store bought cole slaws! Thank you so much Marsha!

Irish Brown Soda Bread
This bread was dense and too crusty. I was in Ireland once a week when I flew for an Airline. Never had bread like this and I followed the recipe to a tee. Very disapointing....
