Sage Pork Chops
My family does the Sunday dinner thing......and I have come to dread hosting it since returning to work full time. The idea is the extended group coming together each week- not to be about the food- but it has become that way (smile). I search for something easy, but memorable. In this dish, I have found it!!!! I followed recipe exactly with the exception of using boneless pork chops and better Than Boullion Beef Base. Everyone from Grandpa to my 8 year old raved. I had 16 people and EVERY SINGLE one ooooooh'd and ahhhhh'd. Definitely make the gravy. Served with mashed potatoes and broccoli like in the picture....this was the easiest and best dinner I have made n a long time. This is truly a keeper!!!!!!!

Osso Buco
This is the recipe you want to make when you want to impress someone!! It is delicious right down to the last drop... Like the other reviewers I subbed chicken stock for the water and used fresh herbs instead of dried. Otherwise followed to the letter. Serve with Risotta Milanese, Fresh Green Salad, Crusty Italian bread and a glass of full bodied red wine....Gastronomical ecstasy!!!

Tomato Chicken Parmesan
I went into cooking this thinking there is just NO WAY making a memorable Chicken Parm could be tis easy and use so few ingredients. Not feeling very creative last night, I followed recipe exactly. My family went nuts!! Was it the Monterey Jack Cheese (instead of the normal Mozarella)?? I don't know...but they have begged me to make it again soon. This has made the "rotation"!! Thanks
