Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue
Honestly, slow cookers (crock pots) are the Best thing to cook in. You can just throw things in the pot the morning of and turn on high, before you know it you come home from school and the whole house just smells divine. I’ve never personally had chicken barbeque in a crockpot but this recipe, I’m Definitely Trying! I love chicken and I love barbeque so this is a MUST. The ingredients needed for this recipe are simple and easy, but I don’t know about the Italian dressing. I don’t know well it will taste if I incorporate it in this recipe. The picture looks so delectable and I am seriously about to make this recipe when I am done writing this review. I plan to make it for my roommates and myself. But since there is little ingredients, it should be fairly simple. I will be sure to update how it goes! But 4 stars for simplicity!

Chicken Adobo
Chicken adobo is the most common plate eaten in my house and my family just Loves it! This is definitely one of the more interesting versions I’ve tried! I think ill just stick to my family recipe because this one uses more vinegar than I would use. I am half white and half Filipino, so I know how this is supposed to taste. But my grandma makes this with a special recipe and I beg her to give me the recipe but she wont budge. You can really taste the bayleaf and soy sauce. Honestly my family just mixes ingredients together and goes by taste. I am usually the designated guinea pig. Haha. But this is an amazing dish if done right and make to serve with a bunch of jasmine white rice!! This is ultimately my favorite dish and whenever I go to my Lola’s house, she has it prepared and waiting !

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
The recipe title says it all! Very delicious. Probably even the best soup I’ve ever had. I have made this recipe multiple times and decided to experiment with other ingredients. I don’t care much for celery and so I used broccoli instead and the broccoli made the soup better to my taste buds. :D I also made this recipe another time and decided to be risky and made it with chicken. Don’t get me wrong, the ham was very delicious with the broccoli and onions but I just wanted to push the limits and see how flexible this recipe actually is. When I made this recipe with chicken, you could really taste the difference as compared to the ham, but still tasted really good. I also love using bouillon with anything I cook because it is commonly used in my household and my mom cooks with it all the time, making her dishes even more better than usual.
