Spaghetti With Marinara Sauce
Very tasty! I didn't have any crushed tomatoes or tomato sauce. I cheated a bit. I ended up using 2 cans of diced tomatoes and a jar of mushroom and onion pasta sauce you can get at the store. To this I added all the ingredients from this recipe as well as 4 anchovies in oil. I really liked the taste. I plan to make the recipe again the way it was originally intended. I'm sure it will be just as good!

Florentine Artichoke Dip
This is my favorite hot spinach-artichoke dip! I have so far made it at every party I've had in the past year and usually serve it with cocktail breads and blue corn tortilla chips. One little thing I do different is add about 1/4 cup more mayo. So good! You know it's a good dip when your guests are eating it with forks and bypassing the chips/bread altogether!

Best Ziti Ever
Very good!!!! I did substitute a few things though...Vodka sauce instead of marinara (only one jar instead of two), ground turkey seasoned with italian seasoning instead of Italian sausage. It was delicious hot out of the oven!
