Bowties and Broccoli
This recipe was pretty bland, but a great base recipe and concept. I added red pepper (like someone suggested), more garlic, and basic Italian seasonings.

Sophie's Zucchini Bread
This was a very good "base" for zuchinni bread. The flavor was good. Next time I would add a pinch of nutmeg, some carrots, and some raisins to make it extraordinary. Mine was also a little moist, even though I added extra flour, but who knows, I may have had really moist zuchinni. :) Oh, and I made some mini-muffins with the left over dough ~ Yum.

Fried Tempeh
This was the first time I had tried/cooked tempeh, and this was a very pleasant surprise. This recipe is simple and delicious. I cut the tempeh into one inch squares and fried them on all sides. The result was "tempeh tots!" We dipped them in soy sauce, ketchup, and marinara. Great recipe, thanks!
