Best salmon I've ever eaten! I had to cook it an extra 5 minutes to cook it we'll enough to suit me but otherwise it was perfect!

Marie's Easy Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Followed the recipe but did use Montreal Steak Seasoning & added 2 cloves of garlic. It was very good but seemed to be missing something to give it a little more flavor. Will use this again. Thanks!

Perfect Ten Baked Cod

This was a huge hit with the family. I doubled the order & it still wasn't enough. I didn't have wine so left it out and I seasoned with Old Bay seasoning before adding the cracker crumbs. Then sprinkled melted butter over the crumbs before putting it in the oven. Baked at 400 degrees for about 23 minutes. Will definitely make again. And soon!

This was really good. I undercooked them at first and then put them back on the grill and over cooked them. Strictly user error. Will definitely try again.

Southern Grilled Barbecued Ribs

These turned out great. I had some thicker ribs so baked them for about 90 minutes at 300 degrees. Next time I'll stick with baby backs. Used my own sauce but will try this one next time. Will definitely make these again.

The Ultimate Chili

First time I made chili and really loved it. I added half an onion, 3 garlic cloves, 3 tablespoons brown sugar, a dose of honey and a teaspoon of cayenne pepper. It was a little spicy for my wimpy family but perfect to me. It was soupy as others mentioned but tasted great! Next time I'll probably drain the beans and tomatoes before adding them. Was going to refrigerate overnight but we ate most of it immediately! Thanks for the great recipe and all the comments that helped me out. Will definitely make again.
