Guacamole

I hate guacamole only eating it once by accident because it smooshed next to a taco on my plate....but my 22 yr old daughter wanted guacamole instead of a birthday cake. I found this recipe having no idea what I was doing and followed it to a T. She loved it, the guests loved it and the biggest shocker - I LOVED IT!!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

I followed the recipe to a T only adding some Velveeta to make it cheesy. Seriously folks...the best soup recipe Ive found on here.

Baked Ziti III

I made this last night for my daughter's 21st birthday meal. The only thing I did different from the recipe was use 1/2 lb of ground beef and 1/2 pound sausage. Never have I received more compliments on any other homemade meal than this one. It was awesome. The best!
