made with 1 cup extra blueberies and extra sour cream and it was excellent - it baked up beautiful and was outstanding - made it for 24 servings and did in 9x13 and 9x9 dishes - great also with fresh blueberries - tks tks tks, norm

Barbara's Golden Pound Cake

just made it and it was fantastic - made it with almond extract instead of lemon - also the frosting used bottled lemon juice and a bit of vanilla - baked it a bit longer to get it crusty and it was alot of batter and i used 2 pyrex glass loaf pans and they came out perfect-also made them in convection oven because it was very hot outside - put them close together on raised rack and when i took them out the inside wasnt done well - rebaked each for 5 more minuets and just great - next time would switch pans half way thru for better browing - thank you barbara for a wonderful treat

Bobbie's Oatmeal Cookies

the taste was great- easy to make and i scooped the cookies on a cookie sheet but made them to big - they all joined together as a bar cookie so all i did was cut them up - easy and great cookie- thank you

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

they are great-would say the dough is very sticky after mixing, almost think they needed more flour but i used a cookie scoop and dropped them into the sugar and finger rolled them and instantly they dried up- the cookie is great - everyone who hated ginger cookies really enjoyed them - will make them again - making them for church lunch know everyone will love them -= thank you very much---

Dark Chocolate Cake II

This cake is so moist - I made it for a sheet cake in a 12x18 pan so I doubled the recipe and used a heating core in the center of the sheet cake pan, it was done in the same time (40 mins)- and it came out beautiful - I will make it again and again -It tastes great - Thank you very much--

Orange Cake

Clone of a Cinnabon

just made these and they were fantastic- i had a little trouble with the dough rising -thought it was yeast but the 2nd batch the same - didnt rise well but cut about 3 to 4 inches wide, stacked them and after 40 minuets squished them down and put the heat to them - they grew and looked fantastic- the family loved them also - thanks

Cream Cheese Pound Cake II

tried this and it was great - i didnt have any butter extract so i used almond extract and vanila - the substitution was very good - it was very moist and tasty - used a wilton #502-1208 loaf pan with flour and crisco in it and it just fell out after cutting the sides - also had to leave it in for almost 20 extra minutes - either way it was great - thank you

Bread Machine Pumpernickel Bread

great taste but didnt make in a bread machine - put it together in a kitchen aid mixer and let it rise 2 times for one hour each - give it a try the old fashion way - it sure is good - thank you -- norm2

Cinnamon Rolls I
