Get a Husband Brunswick Stew

First time ever having Brunswick Stew.Great recipe.Boyfriend loved it.Can't wait to make it for a family gathering.Very easy to make.

Spicy Turkey Burgers

I thought these were great.I will cut back on the cumin next time.They cook well on the George Foreman grill.They freeze well,then you just have to thaw and cook.Quick and very very tasty.

I found this cake to be the most moist cake ever.Cleaning out my recipe folder at home,I found that I had this same recipe clipped out of a Family Circle magazine advertising Hersheys cocoa powder.It was in a Feb.1999 issue.I apparently never made it because I would have remembered making such a delicious cake.Thanks.

Potato Plum Dumplings

My gramma made these dumplings for us many years ago and then she handed down the recipe to my mom who made them every time prune plums were in season.For the first time last year I helped my mom make them and now plan on making them every year and will pass the tradition down to my daughters and make them for my grandkids.Thanks for the memories.

Sweet Potato Souffle I

I love sweet potatoes,so I thought this sounded good.Next time I'll add an extra cup of potatoes and less sugar,and even a little less topping.I couldn't taste enough of the sweet potatoes.It seemed like the topping over powered them.Even though,it was very good.

Fried Rice II

Made this rice with Asian orange chicken also found on this site.The two recipes were a perfect match.Putting the rice in the fridge overnight is important,or at least I think so.It was the best fried rice I ever made.Thanks.

Your marinade for this chicken is out of this world.It turned out better then I can say.I made it with fried riceII,also on this website.Thanks for the great recipe.It will be one of my specialtys.

Chicken Enchiladas

I made these over the weekend and thought they were wonderful.The only thing I did different was I smeared refried beans on the shells before filling them with the chicken mixture. I liked the crunch the broiler added to them. They were on the dry side but that's how I like them. I also thought mild sauce was spicy enough, since I'm not a spicy food eater. Maybe just a little more cheese next time.
