Italian Pork Tenderloin
I dusted the meat with seasoned flour before browning in the pan. I also removed the meat while the sauce thickened. Awesome!

Orzo with Parmesan and Basil
Great recipe. Sometimes I make this without the cheese just for a change of pace. My family loves it both ways!

Chicken Murphy II
This was only so-so for me. As another reviewer already noted, WAAY to much jalapeno pepper. Also, it didn't seem very "italian".
