Easy Ham and Cheese Appetizer Sandwiches
I was looking for a recipe that was close to the ham & cheese rolls we have every Christmas morning and these came real close. I plan on making these again just reducing the amount of poppy seeds to only 1 tbsp and add more onion. I don't think I put enough onion in the first time around. Also add more mustard. My fiance agrees with me on the adjustments since its his family that makes these and I think they are good just some adjustments needed. Thanks for the recipe.

Eggnog Cookies I
These cookies are very good. However, it did not come without changes to the recipe. Let me start... first, is used butter flavored crisco instead of the butter, used half white sugar and half brown sugar and added only half of the vanilla with the other half being rum flavoring. Plus I'm using a simple cookie frosting using eggnog and rum flavoring. Very good cookie, this is a keeper!!

Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting
The BEST cream cheese frosting I have ever had. I did take another persons comment and subtituted the white sugar for 1 3/4 C of Confectioners Sugar and it came out incredable. This definitely be used quite often.
