I thought these potatoes were very tasty. I would add a littl more garlic next time. Also they took a little longer to bake then stated but I will definately make these again.

This was sooo good! Easy too! I made this for our weekly Sun family brunch. Everyone thought it was great. I can't believe anyone would say this was bland. You could add broccoli and this would be a whole meal.

Pineapple Upside-Down Cake V

Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2005
Very good and easy to make. I had no trouble getting the cake out of the pan or putting the 2nd layer on top. I will however try the suggestion to leave the cake pan on the top layer until it cools to avoid cracking. Mine did crack a little but it did nothing to the taste. Thanks Donna for you recipe!!
