Syracuse Salt Potatoes
I've lived in the Syracuse area all my life...they are Always a summertime staple, the Best one's are the Hinderwadle's, some stores carry their "own" brand, but the Hinderwadle's are the "traditional" Salt Potato..for those who aren't too big on using the whole bag of salt when cooking the potatoes, try using a little more than half the bag. I always let the potatoes sit covered after draining for a bit before serving.

Yankee Salad
This salad is a hit! had 15 people over for a multiple birthday celebration this weekend and Everyone had seconds! Yes, it Does make alot and I did have leftovers, but the leftovers were gone the next day. The changes I made were to use the Extra Creamy Cool Whip, I ommited the cherries and used fresh blackberries and raspberries. Also, I added a splash of Real Mexican Vanilla while cooking the pineapple mixture.

Italian Pizza Pie
As the previous reviewer noted, this is Very Dry, But, that is how it is intended to be. I have a similiar version of this recipe that has been handed down Many generations of my Husband's family which uses "Basket" or "Farmers" Cheese. Hard Salami, Peppered Ham and Pepperoni. Ours does not include the Pasta (although is does sound interesting!) It is a Tradition all of us girls get together to make for Easter.
