Really awesome recipe. I doubled the mushrooms (could probably even quadruple them if you really like mushrooms) and sauteed them in olive oil and fresh garlic. I also squeezed all the water out of the spinach using a sieve and a wooden spoon. I also did not put the full amount of bacon bits in as I was afraid that it would overpower the dish. I brushed the chicken with olive oil and sprinkled it with garlic pepper, parsley flakes, basil, and seasoned salt before it.
My boyfriend LOVED this dish and compared it to something you would get at the Olive Garden. I personally think it's way better than anything you could get there, but he loves that place, so it's all good :)
