Very LITTLE lemon taste to this cake. Not a fan at all. Will not make again.

Cottage Cheese Fluff

SO GOOD! With orange jello it tastes like dreamcicles. I used Sugar Free whipped topping instead of light. No difference in taste.

Pancake and Sausage Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2010
I needed to use up some pancake mix so I used 2 & 1/4 cups of pancake mix, 2 tsp baking powder, 2 eggs, 1 & 1/2 cups milk, 2 tsp vanilla & 1 pound of maple sausage and baked for 20 minutes in a 375 degree oven in a cookie sheet that had been sprayed & preheated.

Super Easy Chicken Chili

Excellent - although I did follow the advice of so many others before me and cut back on the spices. I used 1 tbsp cumin, 1 tbsp chili powder, and 1 tsp cayenne pepper. PERECT!

Charleston Breakfast Casserole

Delicious!!! I did use a blend of cheeses that I had on hand - mozzerella, swiss & monterrey jack, no other changes though. Took to work and shared, co-workers LOVED it.

Two Ingredient Pumpkin Cake

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2009
This is a fantastic recipe to also make muffins with. It will yield 48 mini muffins or 12 regular muffins. Bake minis at 350 for 15 minutes; bake regular at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes. The simplest muffins ever!

Sparky's Doggie Treats

Reviewed: Sep. 3, 2009
My dog Rascal knows everytime I am making these for him. He lays in the kitchen waiting to make sure I got the batch right. Because he is allergic to every kind of flour there is, I have to substitute all of the flour for masa and cornmeal, so I use equal parts of each. Due to this change the dough can be quite dry and crumbly, therefore I upped the peanut butter to 3/4 cup and the oil to 2/3 cup.

Absolutely fantastic. Better than pumpkin pie. I did add 2 tbsp of flour to help it thicken.

Spiced Slow Cooker Applesauce

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2009
Very, very easy. I did increase the spice to 1 tsp as suggested in earlier reviews. Next time I will just use 1/2 tsp of spice and 1/2 tsp of cinnamon. I added the spice and brown sugar at the beginning of cooking. Next time I will use 1/2 cup of white sugar and 1/4 cup of brown sugar instead but still add them and the spices at the beginning of cooking.

Raspberry Split Seconds

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2006
These are SO easy. And, I use Splenda instead of sugar and sugar free jams (blackberry & strawberry are great!) Just keep in fridge any that remain because they won't fair well for long periods of time without refrigeration.

Hot Lips Chicken

My husband and I love this recipe. I've fixed it once a week now since I found it. Try with Spanish style rice and refried beans on the side. Best the first day so have company to share with.
